I just saw an update on this game and they lost 17-0 and rusty smith was 10-37 passing for 147 yards

The weather there was absolutely miserable. The MSU back ran for 250 or so yards.

Unbelievable number of dropped passes. The weather was horrible and the team that made fewer mistakes was destined to win. If the teams played again on a dry field, I think FAU would wim. In the rain though, MSU was stronger and played smarter ball.
