Flights within Greece

Before you suggest a ferry, we're not taking a ferry.

Now that we have that out of the way, are the only options for flying to/from Athens to islands in Greece either Aegean or Olympic. I'm finding fares for September to be very sucktastic... much much more expensive than they were last September (about 3x as much)
 
Those are the only two options I've seen, but perhaps you can go to the airport's website and check out the flight timetables.

I did Greece (Athens and Crete) last year in October and don't recall the fares being very high. Granted that was just outside of peak season and before most places close, but I thought it was pretty cheap overall.
