Job description as follows.
Be based out of a technical service department of a major wireless carrier retail location.
Drive a fleet vehicle to an assigned customers site.
Install, program, troubleshoot and test cell phones and equipment at the customers site.
Determine the most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Instruct customers on proper use of cell phones and equipment; either one on one or in a group presentation.
Meet minimal quota for non-commissioned up-selling of accessory equipment such as phone chargers, ear pieces, enhanced features, etc.
Establish strong relationships and trust with customers.
Interact and communicate with all levels of Management.
Accurately document customer interactions in multiple platforms.
Generate requested reports.
Provide direction, training, support and presentations to other Associates as needed.
Deliver face-to-face frontline customer support and accessory sales in the base department as needed.
