FIxing a Fence

I'm a new homeowner and I need to fix one side of my fence. I don't know if it's easier to do it myself or have someone come in and do it.

It's a weave fence and i'm going to change it to a picket fence. About 75 ft needs to be fixed (9 post holes). I know I can get a quote from Home Depot on the materials, but what's the going rate to have someone do it?
