Fishing in the Keys

Anyone been on a fishing trip in or around Key West? We're looking for referrals.

Not much in Key West that I know. All the great fishing in the Keys is centered around Marathon/Islemorada - Midpoint of the Keys.

Pick a guy in marathon, call them up. Ask what they have been catching and how much. Then call another.
Call about three, and the guy that has been catching the most is your man.
If they try to sell you too hard, they probably suck.
I'd also pick the fastest boat so you can cover the most ground if you find a crappy spot.

If you want just KW, there are 100s of boats at the fishing docks that advertise right there. Just go the night before, you should be able to find someone you are confortable with. in KW the prices are pretty uniform.
