ok, what should i cook

i was thinking of grilling snapper, any other suggestions?

I grilled some halibut the other night. It was excellent. Expensive, but excellent.

tuna, seared rare and topped with a easy salsa of balsalmic, sherry vinegar, diced tomatoes, shallots, fresh garlic and basil.

*also, roasted red peppers from a jar are recommended for this.

for a nice texture, coat the tuna in black sesame seeds prior to searing, to give a nice crust/flavor.
