if we can steal one tomorrow nite, we're in the driver's seat....baumgartner is tough but if we can get biggame to go toe to toe, the R's are just where they want to be.
It ain't over 'til it's over. With Lee on the hill, I like the Rangers' chances of taking game 5 and going back to SF for Game 6. Wishful thinking? Perhaps, but stranger things have happened.
It wouldn't be strange to think the Rangers can take the win tonight, but beyond that I don't see much chance. SF is just playing at a better level right now, pitching, hitting and defense. That's how it goes in the playoffs, one team may catch fire. The Giants weren't like that during the season, they barely made the playoffs.
You guys know I tend to bend towards the positive/optimistic side of things, but agree w/accuratehorn. SF has just outplayed us the entire series. I feel we pull off a win tonight, but ultimately fall back in the Bay Area.
I'd say I'm crushed, but I'd be lying. This whole year has been so awesome that it's difficult to not feel such a sense of pride right now. Sure, it will suck to come so close and lose, but we accomplished so much more than we'd hoped in 2010.
