First look at Christian Westerman junior video

Thanks Clendon! I am sure glad we got this one!

looks awesome. of course, it's hard to tell with OL guys. i remember jeff byers' video being ridiculous. and who could forget tray allen's chop tackling skillz... LOL.

I love the play where he plants the d-lineman in front of him, then gets downfield to block, in essence, most of the rest of the defense left standing. Westerman just collapses a whole side of the defense. Ooh Mama, he is one big, nasty tackle, and he's gonna look just great in burnt orange.

hey, great. thanks much.

ol is probably my favorite position but i swear i can't tell a good one. there is so much to know about line play, and i got knocked out of the game before i learned much. (also wasn't big enough or athletic enough to go very far had i not hung it up.)

but anybody can see how athletic westerman is. and how dominant in these clips. fast enough to be useful downfield.

great looking kid.

Man -- I'll be this kid can't wait to get to college for a real challenge. Gotta admire the courage of the kids trying to take him on. They look like Pee Wee Herman in a strength contest with Mike Tyson.

Anyone know why he is on the right side rather than the left? If they run a lot to that side - I totally understand, but he looks like he is perfect for left tackle - athletic enough that no one is going to get around him on the QB's blind side.

Is it fair to say that Westerman and Greenlea will probably be book end tackles on the OL? I was not sure if they both played RT or LT.

Wow... I felt Like I was watching the Blind Side in real life. This kid is impressive. I rarely watch OL video because I am not a good critic when it comes to what is good vs what is bad. All I can say is WOW!!! Great that he is a horn!!!!
