Firefox Question

Anyone have problems with Firefox? I Can't get it to pull up. I went in and de-installed the program, and re-installed it. But it will still won't engage on the machine.

IE works fine.

Any ideas appreciated.

I believe when I had this problem a version or 2 ago- I had to go into the guts of FF and erase the profiles and start over with a new profile to get it to load. I was able to save my bookmarks- but I think I had to reload all my addons/ themes-

Try this:

Ctrl>Alt>Delete
Processes
Look for any instance of firefox running
Highlight it and "End Process"
Reboot
See if it works
