Finding Proper Harmonized Tariff Codes for Imports of Chemicals

I would like to find a harmonized tariff code for an import but I am having extreme trouble finding it. It is for a chemical. Does anyone know of some fairly inexpensive way, to cheap way, to come up with a proper harmonized tariff code for a chemical or any other import for that matter? Thanks, guys.

What is the chemical name and the common name if there is one? Is it a unique chemical or are you sourcing it from somewhere?
