... and it was fantabulous. Four picadillos and one fajita beef for me. I think the hot sauce wreaked havoc on my system tonight, though. Damn, damn, damn good tacos.

I went for the first time last week, started with 2 chorizo egg, 1 picadillo, and 1 pastor. She said they stopped breakfast, I said damn! Then she said, what the hell, we'll make em. The Picadillo was off the hook, best I've ever had and the pastor was probably the best I've had. Therefore I had to complete the menu and get a chicken fajita and beef fajita. Both were good but the picadillo and pastor were beyond great. The sauce is the tits.

i've never been there and would like to try it.

are the tacos kind of small? b/c 4 or 5 tacos seems likek a lot for one sitting.

I think there are a couple of tables out by the pool, but I've never sat down there. And eating them in your car is great- until you get out of it for a while and get back in to find out it smells like one big onion. Ripe.

No tables that I know of less'n they're out by the pool. We sat on the stoop in front of the store to eat. I got three in my initial order and decided I needed two more as we were leaving. We finished off Round 2 with a couple of ice-cold Negra Modelo's at the downtown Sammy's.

The second round of ordering is pretty much a tradition for people who go there for the first time. I take people there from out of town. They order three tacos. We sit outside or in the car and chow down. They go back in for another 2-3 more. I don't think there are any tables. My only caution is to skip the corn stand. Unlike good corn stands, they don't shuck to order. The corn is like canned corn sitting in water.

I finally ate there a few months ago and I ******** you not that I ate there almost every day for three straight weeks.

Those are honestly the best Tacos I have ever had.

Can someone give me directions to Fuel City. I would like to try it out but I can't find the address or phone number anywhere... From my google searches, it seems like Industrial Blvd???

Thanks!

I saw another Fuel City right by the 12 / 35 triangle.

Same set up, taco window, looked exactly like the other location.

Anyone ever tried it ?

Jive- I think that place is actually older. I know it's been around for a while anyway. And I think they have actual roasted corn- not canned like the lady at Fuel City serves up. Never eaten there though.

we hit it for the first time this weekend while up there.

the picadillo with green sauce is easily one of the top 2 or 3 tacos i have ever eaten.
