I wish. Emeritus Member is either an active or inactive member in good standing who is at least 70 years old. I'm still active and, although I take the issues I want to, I do not have to. I mainly work with business formations, and set up, for instance develop their bylaws, ownership (no 50-50 ownership). They can can each own 49.5% and an unrelated individual holds 1% ownership to vote as a tie breaker or some similar method. I also develop and file the documents with the state and federal agencies as required.
