Final Round of Bob Hope replay 11 CST Monday

26-year old PGA Tour rookie, Jhonattan Vegas, the former Texas Longhorn from the oil camps of Venezuela, won the Bob Hope Classic with a par putt on the second hole of a playoff.

If you (like me) were only tuned in to the NFL league title games yesterday, you can see a replay of the Final Round of this tournament in a few hours at 11:00 am Central on the Golf Channel. DirecTV Ch. 218 GolfHD. Don't know what it is on the other providers.

Quite a story on this, and I did not watch sports late yesterday so only heard clips about it by this morning.

I had a close family member finish towards the top as the A member of his amateur team. The dinner stories, to me though, were more interesting than the golf.

They sat with Yogi Berra and Stuart Cink. Ron White did a standup routine and Alice Cooper and some other musicians played a few songs. Sounded like a lot of fun....
