It was a blowout, USA over Argentina by 98-28. Watched Nancy Mulkey play for a bit over six minutes. She just towers over everyone. She will need to work on her overall strength. Didn't see the other Texan on the squad, Lauren Cox, play.

earlier today, USA won over Costa Rica, 106-19.

USA takes Mexico apart, 101-29. Next game is versus Canada at six pm Sunday. Both teams are 4-0.

Winner of this game will take home the gold medal in the U16 FIBA competition of the Americas.

USA won the gold medal 82-48 after a slow first half that saw a tie at halftime, 27 all. The two Texans on the team have their stats below. Stats for the team can be found here.

Lauren was third in scoring average, first in rebounding & blocks (including a USA U16 record 9 blocks in the championship game against Canada), second in FG% among players that averaged in double digit minutes and third overall.

Both Lauren and Nancy are targets for Texas for the 2016 class.
