I'll need a bit more context.
It is just beyond comprehension that this guy is anywhere close to being elected. Ignoring the physical appearance, which he was unfortunate to inherit, he is actually at a mental level below most elementary school kids due to his stroke, and his ideas and policies are horrific. Where is the bottom for the Dems?
I would have doubted many Pennsylvanians want to elect him as a reflection of their beliefs, but clearly, I am mistaken.

One can only hope that the voters in PA will wake up to the reality of his situation and vote for the GOP candidate.

Any Dem that can fog a mirror will get 45% of the vote. That is the floor.
He really is terrible. Even before the stroke, he was obnoxious and weird. If he was a moderate with some defensible positions, you could see some appeal to it, but he's crackpot and well to the left of other PA Democrats including their other senator, Bob Casey. If he wins he'll be an Elizabeth Warren starter kit. And of course after the stroke, he's less coherent than Biden is.
Ultimately, mchammer is right. Because of rabid polarization, there's a 45 percent floor just for having the D next to his name. If enough independent voters don't like Oz for being "too rich" or a carpetbagger (which is sadly a fair criticism), the vegetable (who clearly never ate vegetables) will win. Hopefully, that won't happen, and hopefully some of the dumbasses in that 45 percent won't show up.
Not to mention 100% of the vote from folks who can't fog a mirror any more.

They wanted a guy who was hardcore left but who had a gruff, blue collar style to try to attract working class whites. They sorta viewed him as the progressive Trump. What they don't understand is that if you're hyper-woke and radical, having the "right look" isn't going to cut it. Either way, they can't accept that, so they rallied around him.
Of course, they had a chance to nominate Conor Lamb, a moderate Democratic congressmen who won in a reddish district. If they had, he'd be a lock. He'd beat Oz by 10 points or more. However, he wasn't a nut, so of course, he lost in the primary.
I have a cousin with a math PhD and 30 years teaching at PSU who campaigns for this geek and sends contributions to Beto.

call girl? Am I missing something or are you so ideologically poisoned that you slander without regard for truth? She is hardly Brazilian as she has lived here since early childhood. And where does the call girl epithet come from? I am sincere; is there something besides political hate as a source for that? Was she paid off by Trump at some point, or what?
I saw a report a few weeks back that he met her in Brazil and shes been making public statements on his behalf. Either way the guy is in no position cognitively to serve in public office.

I did not object to the only other comment in that post, which was that Trump is 1000 times more competent. As for your post, she was born in Brazil but grew up here. Her resume looks very altruistic, if somewhat on the goofy left side at times. Do you call all women chicks or is that just reserved for people whose politics you don't like? ................and before anybody points out that I despise Trump, please note that I don't recall ever saying anything good about Biden (except for one time when he had a decent idea about how Iraq might be partitioned among Sunnis, Shia and Kurds) despised Obama's presidency, thought W was a pampered coke freak and a disaster as president and loathed Billy Clinton. I liked Ike a lot.

Kind of like I do when i see Obama or Hillary when they're constantly showing up on TV telling me my social security, and democracy itsownself , is going to vanish if I vote conservative. I turn the channel and ignore them
