If you like feta, take your *** to Phoenicia on Burnet or S. Lamar and pick up a brick of the French sheep feta, if you haven't already tried it. If you get a large brick, be sure to ask them to put some liquid in the container so it will last a while in the fridge. If you don't like feta cheese, it's because you need to quit buying that salty Athenos-brand ****. That stuff is bottom of the barrel. I guarantee you that the sheep feta will change your mind about what feta is and can be. This stuff is smooth, creamy and yummy.
