fertilizer

Does anyone here use APF lawn fertilizer?
It's basically just a brown bag with no instructions re: spreader settings - the store is of little help.
I've used it for years, and it is awsome fertilizer, but I've always just guessed on the setting.
Any suggestions?

I don't know anything about it but I do know that it's way to early to apply fertilzer.

I fertilize on/about 4/1, 7/1 and 10/1
