It was good enough for me to tune in next week. I like the fact that each episode is independent so even if one week isn't very good, the next week could be fantastic. There are a few episodes that look they should be pretty good based on who wrote and/or directed them.

If Steven Spielberg couldn't make this format work with Amazing Stories, I am not sure anyone can but I'm giving it a shot.
