Fax software advice

I need some fax software and I just can't find anything that exactly meets my needs.

The requirements are really quite simple. I have an in-house fax number that my customers fax documents to. I have a networked PC with a fax/modem card to pick up the incoming fax, the software will convert it to a PDF and e-mail it to a predetermined e-mail address.

Only one destination e-mail address and 100% of the incoming faxes will be emailed there. There is no need to send faxes. There is no need to accept internet or e-mail faxes.

Due to the confidential nature we will not use an existing service like myfax.com or efax.com that assigns a fax number then handles the transaction. We need to handle it ourselves using our existing fax number.

Any recommendations for this software?

I can't vouch for it much other than to say it works, and I'm pretty sure they've got a version that will email the image file to you.

Win fax is great. I don't use it as my full time fax line, but I can set it to do that if my phone line is hooked in.

I assume I could have my roadrunner hooked up and the phone line connected just to pick up faxes.

If you have a dedicated Fax line this should work great for you.

I use this for a good deal of direct billing for my wife to plain paper faxes that can serve as original inovices.
