Flashblock is great. It's a good way to remove all those noisy banner ads.

In additon to several mentioned:

Super Drag and Go. Once installed, you highlite a word or phrase on a page, then drag it just a hair in any direction, and it automatically does a Google search of what you highlited.

prGoogleBar. Closest replica of the IE Google toolbar.

Clone Window is good too. It opens new windows IE-style (opens to current page) instead of returning you to Home.
