Favorite dish in Austin

just out of curiosity, what are the favorite dishes (consistant ones, not something they serve once a month... which disqualifies pretty much everything Jeffery's has) in local resturants ? I like either the surf & turf with lamb at Roy's and the Beef Tenderloin with fois gras at Chez Nous.

Can't remember the official name, but the fried catfish and queso at Shady Grove. Gimme that and a crown and coke and I'm a happy mofo.
