Favorite Coffee place?

Trying to find out some more places in Austin that have good coffee. I take all my "tourist" friends to Mozarts, just cause of the view, but I prefer Texpresso and Flipnotics. Any suggestions??

I like convience store coffee. I put a shot of hot chocolate, a couple of vanilla creamers, and coffee flavored coffee in there, and it's prefect, not to mention cheap.

There's a coffee place called Little City just north of 9th St. on Congress Avenue (west side of the street). It's pretty good and it's local. Gotta go with Horn Bud and say my favorite is 7-11, though.

The Sweetish Hill on West 6th is in kinda an interesting location - great place for early morning coffee.

any place i get coffee better be putting some coin back in my hand after i hand them a 1-spot. otherwise, you're just at another effin' starbucks....

Gas station cappuccino would be even better if they didn't brew it for 5 year old kids needing a sugar high.

BTW, anyone been to the Spider House? I lived around campus for 6 years and passed by it many a time on my way to Trudy's and never went inside. Is the coffee good enough to warrant the parking hassle?

spider house is great. that's the only place i go for coffee. and the parking isn't usually that horrible. i get a spot in that parking lot next to it pretty much every time i go. it does get pretty bad sometimes though where you can't even find a table.
