I learned about these on a meat-smoking website but have never had one. Just seems kinda... wrong. Basically you take a package of pork sausage out of the plastic roll, whole, and smoke it. Then slice and eat.

Anyone here had one?

Seems wrong to me too. I don't think I'll ever make one, but I'm sure it's fantastic.
