Father's Day BBQ

Smoke your own, there's still 12 hours before lunch, you can squeeze in a brisket and some ribs.
 
We took the family to Smitty's in Lockhart yesterday. They were totally slammed. By 1:30, they were out of almost everything, but more came off the pits about 15 minutes later. I stood in front of that open flame for close to half an hour, but it was worth it, even though the only things left by the time I ordered were sausage and brisket.

That's the best brisket I've ever had.
