Has anyone else been living at the Alamo South?
I have to say, the quality of the films is way better then SXSW. I've seen some pretty great movies so far and we haven't even had any secret screenings yet.

Ya, I LIVED at the Alamo Drafthouse for 8 days and even went to the closing night cave party with Bill Murray. I took time off so I had unlimited movies to see. I ended up seeing 32 or so, which tops everyone else's number that I met. On the weekend I saw 6 movies per day.

Do you know how you purchase foreign films? If some of these movies aren't released in the USA, what is a good way to get your hands on them? (Hopefully subtitled.) Is it just Amazon.com or Ebay.com, or is there something better. I will forever thank you if you could answer this for me.

I don't know about purchasing them but many of them are available on Netflix and a few will be released on dvd in the next few months. Namely Repo! which I'm dying to see but had to miss due to a job interview the next morning. I saw 23 total. I took it easy a few days.
