Family Photos

Can anyone recommend a Family Photographer in the Dallas area? Looking to have some outside photos taken at the Arboretum or some place similar. I am also looking for someone who will give you a disk containing a portion of the photos as part of the session fee. I have found some on the internet but I am looking for anyone with first hand knowledge of quality work. Thanks

Hello, I'm a photographer in Houston: The Link I can give you a couple of suggestions. My number one pick is Diana Raines Photography: The Link I went to photography school with her. She's an incredibly talented, kind person. She's located in Mansfield near Ft. Worth, but I'm sure she would travel to the Arboretum/Dallas area. If you decide to use her, tell her Lesli Dabney said hello!

My other recommendation is a bit more progressive/modern: The Link I don't know this photographer, but I like his work. He photographs a lot of weddings and high school seniors (which is my main subject) in the Dallas area.

There are a lot of people out there who claim to be photographers but their work is mediocre at best. Just because they have a digital camera doesn't mean they are professional, know what I mean? I can definitely say that Diana is a professional. The second rec I don't know, but judging from his work, he's good.

Hey - my sis is a photographer in the Dallas area. She does a great job and, from what I have seen, she has reasonable prices whereas some people's prices can get a little exorbitant. She takes pictures at the arboretum, Deep Ellum, and other places around town all the time. She will give you a CD with the pictures, which some photographers will not do.
