Eyes of Texas notes

I just picked up a Treo 180 Palm/Telephone. Its an older model so it can't download ringtones, but a third party application allows you to have it play a song that you program in by entering the individual notes. Does anyone have the notes to the Eyes of Texas? The way you enter the notes is through a keyboard (looks exactly like a piano keyboard) on the screen. From left to right, there are 3 white keys with 2 black ones above them, then 4 white keys with 3 black ones above. I'm not sure how to use this (I've got no musical knowledge whatsoever). Finally, there is another a picture of different notes, I assume like half an quarter notes, that you pick for each entry. The first one is a hollow circle, the second is that same circle with the vertical line, the third is the circle with the line filled in, etc. The last two are a pound sign and a period.

Can anyone help me with this?

Wow, where to start? let's do the notes first, before we do the note lengths. On your keyboard, the first white key is C, then they go up (just the white keys)D, E, F, G, A, B C. The black keys are C-sharp or C#, D#, F#, G#, and A#. To make the Eyes fit into that set-up (I'm assuming you only have one octave, in other words from C to C), then you need the Eyes to be in the key of G. So the note names the would be:
(Each line if one measure, or 4 beats, with "The" being a pick-up on beat 4)

The (D)
Eyes (G) of (D) Tex (G) - as (D) are (G) up (A)-
on (B) you (G)
All (C) the (C) live (G) long (A)
Day (B), The (D)
Eyes (G) of (D) Tex (G) - as (D) are (G) up (A)-
on (B) you (G), you (B)
can (B) - not(A) get (A) a (B) -
way (A)
Do (A) not (A) think (G#) you (A) can (B) es (A) -
cape (G) them (D) , at (B)
night (C) or (C) ear (G)- ly (G) in (A) the (A)
morn (B), the (D)
Eyes (E) of (F#) Tex (G) - as (F#) are (G) up (E) -
on (D) you (G) til (A)
Ga (B) - briel (C) blows (B) his (A)
horn (G)

Christ, my brain hurts! Give me a little while and I'll get you the note lengths...

Alright, gotta wrap this up before Survivor comes on, here are the note lengths you'll need:

Whole note (circle), equals 4 beats
Half note (circle with line, or stem, sticking up or down, not sure what your display looks like), equals 2 beats
Quarter note (circle filled in, or black, with a stem), equals 1 beat
Eighth note (looks like quarter note, with a little flag-thing coming back down from the top of the stem), equals 1/2 beat (2 eighth notes = 1 quarter note)
Sixteenth note (like a quarter note, with two flag things hangin down), eqyals 1/4th of a beat (4sixteenth notes equal 1 quarter note)
Dotted eighth note (eighth note with a dot right behind it), is the same thing as 3 sixteenth notes, the dot takes any note value and adds half again

So,,,, Here is the Eyes in note value form, starting with "The on Beat 4... (I'll put "measure" to let you know the end of each line)

Quater note, (measure)
Dotted quarter note, eight note, dotted eighth, sixteenth, dotted eight, sixteenth (measure)
half note, half note (measure)
Dotted quarter, eighth, quarter, quarter (measure)
Dotted half, quarter (measure)
Dotted quarter note, eight note, dotted eighth, sixteenth, dotted eight, sixteenth (measure)
Half note, quarter, quarter (measure)
Eighth, dotted quarter, quarter, quarter (measure)
Whole note (or Dotted half and a quarter note rest, looks like a bolt of lightning...) (measure)

(Now we're at "do not think...)
Dotted quarter note, eight note, dotted eighth, sixteenth, dotted eight, sixteenth (measure)
half note, dotted quarter, eighth (measure)
Dotted quarter note, eight note, dotted eighth, sixteenth, dotted eight, sixteenth (measure)
dotted half, quarter (measure)
Dotted quarter note, eight note, dotted eighth, sixteenth, dotted eight, sixteenth (measure)
Half note, quarter, quarter (measure)
quarter, quarter, quarter, quarter (measure)
Dotted half (the end...)

All right, Survivor time, you're on you're own for a few hours. Best advice, draw out the note lengths on a sheet of paper, do one measure per line, and then go back and write the note names underneath, that way you have it laid out before yo program it in.

Good luck!

Holy crap, how do I begin to say thank you for all that? I really appreciate it.

No prob. Of course, now that I've had some sleep, it just occured that I could have done it in about 1/4th the time, if I'd just written it out, scanned it to a .jpeg and e-mailed to you. Oh well, it was Sunday night, my brain dont work too well by that time....
