- there's some warming, the sun is causing it (2005-2010)
- there's some warming, but we're going to have cooling eventually (2010-present)
We now have:

Yes, society will be able to adapt, but if anyone thinks it's an easy & painless transition then you're still as gullible as you have been for the last 20 years.
