My current collection of suits are pretty much goodwill fodder. Between weight gained after quitting smoking and their age, it is just about a total loss.
The last couple of suits I got from Dillards were sort of a disappointments. Seams coming apart after wearing a couple of times and poor fit even after being fitted.
My question for those in the know. Are expensive suits worth the primium paid? Is a $1000 suit from Brooks Brothers twice the quality of a $500 Dilliard's suit? If I am just looking for a basic charcoal suit and maybe a black pinstrip should I consider a more expensive suit?
Any men's store recommendations in Austin would be helpful also. Thanks
