T TheFied 2,500+ Posts Feb 16, 2008 #7 I have been to Coopers in Llano 2 times. Both times on my way home from Lubbock for UT/Tech football games. Both times I was not that impressed. SUPER greasy. So greasy it went through 2 sheets of wax paper. I have had the pork chop, brisket, and sausage. I have said it before my top 3 are Kreuz, Luling City Market, and Louie Muellers (brisket). I go back and forth between Kreuz and City Market.
