Is there a way to merge excel data (name address..etc) into a Microsoft Word form letter so I dont have to cut and paste data from excel into word?

Thanks!!

Tools, Letters & Mailings, Mail Merge. There is a mail merge wizard, but you really don't need it after you use it the first time. It is really straight forward.

One last question. I merged the address & greeting data into the word file but the street number isnt showing. Ideas? I have tried moving the house number tab over before the street name but that doesn't work.

Try Address Block -> Match Fields in step 4 of the wizard.

I wrestle with the thing every time I have to make labels - earlier this year I printed four sheets to find out that the zip code was missing.

Ive tried Match Fields and selected (title, f.name,l. name, street #, address, city, state, zip..in that order but it still screws it up... F*ck excel!!!!

Sorry for not checking back sooner. I got the address showing correctly but now the greeting is all F*ed up. I'm just going to keep F*n with it till it comes out right.

THANKS!!
