Ex-Pat Opportunity

I am close to accepting an ex-pat opportunity in Scotland and am looking for any helpful hints or advice in negotiating my financial package. It's a minimum of 2 years, but will probably last between 3 and 5. Does anyone here have previous experience with this?

And most importantly, is it possible to catch Texas games on television in the UK?

It's a start. Make sure to get a guarantee/deposit of a return ticket and costs if there is ANY chance of the company going under while you are gone. I looked into an opportunity but kiddos kept us here in Austin (not a bad alternative, I admit).

And I think you are screwed on the Texas Football watching. I think the London Texas Exes still have dvd's fedexed over for tuesday parties, and I can't imagine Scotland would be any better.

I figured London was my best bet for watching games, but it sounds like I'll have to resort to ordering the DVD Video Season Ticket. My girlfriend, who is going with me, is a diehard Southern Cal fan who will have to suffer without football as well.
