Yes, that is pretty damn dumb, but it doesn't matter at all now. He's commited, he'll be here in January, and he has a better frame to build on than Orakpo had coming in, and he's known for his speed and athleticism, I believe Rivals ranks him as the 3rd quickest first step in the nation. This is not to say that he will be better than Orakpo, (Orakpo btw was the #12 WDE in his class, and the #23 player in Texas) however he has the tools to be a great one and ESPN is vastly underrating him IMO.

if you view his first video it doesn't show much as most of the highlights are from one game and the camera work isn't that great, but the "ESPN Highlights: Alex Okafor" video shows his athleticism and potential pretty nicely.

ESPNU's list has a number of interesting contrasts wiith the Rivals List. Paden Kelley of Lake Travis is very highly ranked by ESPNU and has been since the first list. Garrett Porter on the other hand, who Rivals has in their National Top 50, is unranked. Matthews is another recruit who NSPNU has nationally ranked and is not comparably ranked by Rivals. Those, along with Okafor, are just the most obvious differences. The differences though probably say more about the overall quality of our entire class than the accuracy of any particular recruiting service.
