That's funny, everytime I went to the Chicago one there was an hour or two freaking wait to get a table. Seems like they should've charged more and maybe turn a profit or something.

When I lived in DC, it was always packed.

Thing is, you can tell when you walk in that it's an ***-expensive place to operate. A couple of flat screens don't cost that much, but when you have 1400 of them in one restaurant (including at every urinal and in every stall), it adds up. Plus, when you think about it, they didn't dedicate much space to the restaurant floor -- thus revenue per square foot was probably low, even with all of the games and stuff.

That is symbolic of the ESPN product in general. It is not as tasty as it once was. It is all watered down and full of itself now.

I recently went to the one in Baltimore, couple of weeks ago. The place was pretty empty, food was bleh, normal crap but I got in late and it was near by. The odd thing was some random dude off the street and sat down at my table and asked for change for a 20...I was like dude I am not stupid, go the bar if you really need change either way very odd experience. On a side note the next night I went down to the little Italy area and got some Italian food that was just awesome...and was way cheaper then ESPN Zone.

I did go to the one in Chicago some and it was pretty cool to get a recliner in front of all the big screens and watch the games..

Been to Times Square and Denver locations. Neither was really anything special. Id rather go to Bikinis or Hooters.
