ESPN: '[Evil Roy is a blithering idiot]'

ole' Clancy sure was right.
What, did Roy go on to 6 consecutive Pro Bowls or something after that dry erase board.

there's a difference in understanding his responsibility and being able to actually cover his assignment. one can lead to the other, so how do we figure out whether he doesn't know what to do or just can't do it?

My love for the Cowboys exceeds my dislike of the Sooners, so I welcomed Roy with open arms when they drafted him. However, he is now a complete liability on defense. So bad, that when he got the reserve spot last year for the Pro Bowl, I was actually embarrassed.

The article explains that Roy's first two years, he was protected by Darren Woodson. All the Cowboys asked him to do was blow **** up.

Once Woodson retired, Roy had to actually think. And he can't really do that. The article mentions that he went to Pro Bowls on his reputation, but didn't necessarily deserve them.

PLUS, I've never seen how being voted to a Pro Bowl helps your team during the regular season and playoffs.
