I just wanted to let people know that they should be reading the Big 12 blog on ESPN. It is written by Tim Griffin who covers the Big 12 for the San Antonio paper. It's free, has a lot of good information, and is updated everyday. There is one entry that I found highly interesting:

Phil Steele has an "experience level" chart where he lists the levels of experience for the D1 teams. Tim Griffin pulled the Big 12 teams and listed them by their experience levels. The least experienced team in the Big 12.............your beloved Texas Longhorns.

The article is a page or two back on the blog so you're gonna have to really look for it.

I think we're ranked 119th or 120th in the country in terms of experience in Phil Steele's mag. For what that's worth...

Thanks for adding the link. I highly recommend reading this blog if you haven't been reading. As for the Steele chart, it's an overrated and flawed concept.
