Never heard of her before but I'm no longer on the vanguard of music.

It seems she's been on ACL? Or at least she has an artist's page on the ACL site.

And once again, Prince Rogers Nelson shows himself to be the musical genius that he is: he recognized her talent and had/has her opening for him.

Esperanza and her story as well as successes are AWESOME. The ACL episode of her was magnificent. She has it all. Talent and the stage presence that you don't see in many performers. I wish I could have been at the taping of the show I saw.

I had no idea she lived here. We are lucky as are the people who see her perform here and there. I wonder if she is one of the "surprise" type of artists that play unannounced somewhere? It'd be cool if she is.
