EPA monitoring site shows interesting blip re: Dallas Gamma Rads

I was just doing more of my radical reading on radiation events when I happened upon a standard EPA site that records regular readings at various sites across the USA. Checked the Fort Worth site first and while it was interesting it didn't have any blips like the Dallas site showed around september 10th or 11th of this year. Does this make any of you wonder WTF went on during that period? The graph:

You can go to that epa site to check out the hundreds of other locales. WTF?

Not 100% sure but I think it had to do with jade helm.
 
so they simulated the radiation so well it actually was recorded by the EPA during the exercise? They good.
