Entourage 9/7

It did seem so familiar, but I don't see that as a problem. All Vince has to do is stay famous, so that Ari and the others have enough to do to make us laugh.

Highs and lows pretty much are the tale of the tape for many up and comers, especially those that have played big cartoon character roles.

I thought it was OK for an opener, but you needed to shwo Vince hiding out ans still living a life most of us would envy. Ari getting blindsided and johnnys retalaliation was prtty ******* funny.

^ Agree, I hate your life too.

Although I thought at the end of last season they were going to basically chop and screw medellian so it would be good. Guess that didn't happen.

The first episode was disappointing to me. I was expecting alot more since we waited so long for it and it only lasted 20 minutes.

Liked it OK, but I thought there were some things they could have worked on. You've got tension between Eric and Vince in that Vince takes off while Eric is taking on clients, all in the wake of the fact that E was right about the movie sucking and that Vince pretty much dragged him into it at the end. You have Vince losing interest in his career (which granted happens every three episodes). It seems like there would be a little more tension there, or at least it would take a little more time to work it out. Instead, they have one talk on the beach, and all of a sudden Vince is back in Hollywood and everything's right back the way it was last season.

I'll be pretty disappointing if this season is just business as usual.

Vince's weird, unyielding loyalty to Billy Walsh has the potential to runing his career as well as Eric's and Walsh's.

Pretty amazing that they granted Walsh final cut and didn't take the multittude of early offers to buy the film.

I would think that would be a major them of this seson.

After thinking about it some more I don't think the Medellian thing is completely a done deal. The guy only talked about how it would be a straight to DVD release so it's possible this is all just based on what happened in Caen.

I think there's quite a bit they could do by going with Harvey and seeing how that story line plays out.

I have a hunch that we haven't heard the last of Vince in "Danger Beach" ("it's a working title")...

I think there's going to be some **** with the "High Tide" title that E told the producer. If they use it, that can be a suit.

I hope Billy Walsh is never on the show again. Also I suspect that he'll struggle for work for a few episodes then "Medellin" will be a huge cult hit and sell a billion DVD's.

It looks like E might become a bit more successful this season.

I started to watch the new episode via on-demand last night and as soon as Drama wouldn't turn to the right side for a profile shot.... i turned it off.

I find it hard to sit through his parts in the show sometimes... other times his character makes me laugh out loud - but I did not have the patience for that ****...

oh yeah - screw Ike...
