End of VY @ Tennessee?

It's official. Chris Simms is now a member of the Tennessee Titans. That may not mean much about VY's position on the outside, but I'm thinking it has a lot more meaning than we take it for. VY will be gone for the next 1-3 weeks or so supposedly. Collins is already quite a good QB, and there's some other no-name QB behind them. Why would Fisher want to recruit free-agent Simms if their starting QB will be gone for that short of a time-frame, and they already have a good QB to follow him up for the time being, as well as a "just in case" QB? I'm thining Fisher knows more than we do, and I think that he's expecting (or knows) that VY is done w/ Tennessee, or possibly the NFL. Maybe I'm wrong. Frankly, I'd rather him get off of the Titans..

Your proposed scenario would not be good for Vince at all. His path needs to be 1. get healthy 2. get better as the Titans QB. Despite all the complaint on this board, Vince is in a good situation. Yes, it's true his WRs are lousy. But, he's getting to start in his first and second years, learning immensely, and with a good enough defense to win games while he learns. He absolutely does not need a headcase quitting scenario, and so far, I'm not convinced that's what's happening.

Holy **** Mandigo!? What the hell is your problem?! I gave my opinion. I'm sorry that I haven't drolled my life on the internet to the extent taht I get to catch all of these small thigns within the hour of them happening! Way to "correct" me using articles that are THAT recent! Take the stick out of your *** and go root for another team that's fan-base chock-full w/ asses.

Wow...I didn't flame you or anything. Just said "Oh btw..."

Those threads are 4 and 7 hours old, and they were only 4 or 5 lines down on the board. Still, I was just giving you a heads-up.

Calm down.

Fisher was interviewed on TV last night, stated VY is still their franchise QB and the best chance they have at winning a championship. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors, but at least that's what he says in public.
