Elk Or Deer

I am looking for a site to buy an Elk or Deer rib roast, I am having trouble finding one.

I've read on this site about a place in San Antonio that sells all kinds of wild game. Can't remember the name, but you should find it with a search...

My cousin goes down to a ranch, picks out his elk, shoots in the head, and then has someone process it. Don't know exactly where he goes, but those places seem to be all over Texas.

also, he makes a jalapeno popper with it, and it's ******* great. Elk, cheese, jalapeno, and wrapped in bacon. I wasn't too found of the fillet, but he had, but the popper was incredible.
