This place is great - they make sangria, which is rare around here. Odd hours though - not always open for dinner. I'd call ahead before heading over. Of course, if they're closed you can always keep on driving to Guero's.

They have a very distinctive menu reflective of interior Mexico. It's in the remodeled lobby of the Austin Motel on South Lamar. And it features some rather interesting artwork on the walls.It's a pleasant diversion from the onslaught of Tex Mex everywhere else in town.
