Considering how my fantasy football team is turning to **** (I've lost 4 straight games), I thought Ed could use a makeover. I was thinking he could use some really droopy biceps or maybe a "Help" sign in his hand, like the one below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, can anyone tell me how to edit a picture so it fits as a logo or avatar? I keep getting an error message when I try to upload this pic for our team logo & tells me the max size is 35 KB & max image dimension is 64 x 64.
