Do you just eat what you want, or do you try to live forever?? My dad and grandpas died early, but did what they want. I give up ice cream, butter, who knows what, trying to live longer. Which is better? You tell me.

But my great granddad ate bacon and eggs and gravy every single morning of his life and lived to 94.

I eat healthy because I want to improve my quality of life.... NOT my life span. I have seen too many elderly people who are only 'alive' in the sense that their heart is still ticking. All four of my grandparents lived well into their 80s, but those last several years were painful to watch. I would love to live a healthy life until I'm 75 or 80. Even that seems like I'm asking a lot.

you just have to be careful when you go in to whole foods to eat, the first couple times i went in for lunch i spent over $20 because everything looked so good

5 piece nigiri, a piece of fruit and a water is the perfect lunch. i could eat that every day. one time i grabbed an apple from some foreign country that i had never tried before without looking at the price and when i got to the register it rang up at almots $3. for one apple. i had to laugh and buy it anyway just to see if it was the best apple in the world
