Easter Dinner, What Are you Cooking?

I am prepping a classic roast beef. Will let it slow cook for a few hours. This will be served with some roasted root veggies, mashed potatoes, and a nice gravy.

Desert is homemade pecan pie and some vanilla ice cream.

St. Arnold's Spring Bock will help move the cooking day forward.

What are you having for Easter dinner?

I smoked a brisket. Taking it over to my sisters, where she has a honey glazed ham, potatoes au grauten, and some fancy pants salad.

Grilled Rack of Lamb w/ wine sauce, potatoes au gratin, asparagus and mushrooms, some red wine and good beer. Oh, and a Longhorn basketball win is on the menu as well.

I'm going to bake some cod with shallots, potatoes, and carrots (i guess) and a vinegar/onion/butter sauce

Spiral ham with glaze, roasted veggies (asparagus, carrots and onions), stuffing, cesar salad and yummy yeast rolls.
