website does not say that they enrolled early but that they signed LOI so I interpreted that to mean they are enrolled for Spring 2009 semester. I believe that is how the LOI works for Spring enrollees.

Rivals shows 8 Texas players signed LOI and spring enrollees. Question I have is that looking at the top 5 classes this year Alabama has 1 signed LOI thus far, OSU has 4 signed LOI, and LSU and USC have zero. Is there something that Texas high schools are doing differently to allow more HS athletes to graduate early and thus enroll in college early?

Seems like an advantage for Texas to me.
