Dylan Disou

Still not a full practice participant, according to the staff. The original thought was that he would be running with the forwards by the week after the Gonzaga game. Not sure about the severity.

I had hoped he would be available soon, but now Idk what to think.

One of the coaches said that he was actually a full shootaround participant since he got here, but hasn't been able to make headway towards running and leveraging (man-to-man underneath) until he gets the all-clear. He won some 3-point shooting contest they had that week before the season started.

He's back tonight according to Brian Davis. Will see limited minutes.
I just now saw this notice, so it was a total--and pleasant surprise--for me last night, when listening to the game, to hear Craig Way announce DD's entry into the game. This development was most welcome and a badly needed infusion of hope.

12 minutes. Not a huge stat line, but not bad for a first game back. I am looking forward to seeing how he impacts the rotation come conference play.

Disu will definitely help and will be a rotation player. He provides size, skill, rebounding, defense, etc. He had a really nice early block on an attempted dunk. I believe he will start over Bishop by mid-season. His minutes were managed and will continue to be as they monitor his knee and he works himself into shape. Very encouraged after watching him. His offense will come later but the other factors were evident.
