DVDs to iTunes?

I am adding DVDs (that I own) to iTunes. I am using DVD Decrypter then using Videora to transfer to the iTunes format, but sometimes the files don't transfer.

Is anyone familiar with a program that I can buy that would allow me to insert a DVD and transfer it directly to my iTunes library?

Hook 'em.

I can't really help you as I've never had any problems with it. I've done 50+ DVD's now without any issues. I do know however that the forums on the Handbrake website are pretty active. Go there for help.

I'll give it another try. Should I be able to also rip DVDs from the library, or would those definitely have copy protections? Most of them are quite old.

I must be tarded too. Every time I look at handbrake, it just appears to be one of those "mall" things with links to other sites. I don't see how handbrake lets you rip dvds.

I use videora and I've encountered dvds that can't be ripped as well.

Hmmmm when I put a DVD in and set it as my source, Handbrake gives me a message that it cant use it and that I need to see if my DVD is copy protected. How do you get around this? I looked at the message forums on the website, but couldnt find anything.

Go here and get the program dvd43 (use Download Site 2, it's quicker) and install that. This program runs in the background when you insert a DVD and decrypts it so that Handbrake can 'read' it; here's more info on it:
