DVD editing software

Anyone know any good, cheap DVD editing software? I moved some games from my Tivo to my computer and I want to edit out the commercials before I put them on DVD.
 
Virtualdub is great for AVI's but it can't output to MPEG (1 or 2) so it won't work too well for DVD editing.

For MPEG editing VideoReDo is supposed to be a good free one.
