As the title states I have a duplex for rent. It's a couple blocks west of Mopac off of Spicewood Springs Rd (Quiet Neighborhood).

Just a few minutes away from downtown, Arboretum/Gateway area, and Northcross Mall.
Also, pretty close to Far West Blvd Shuttle bus stops.

1380 square ft. - 3BR 2BA 1Car, CA/CH, large fenced backyard with lots of trees. Ceiling fans everywhere, covered patio, with wood/tile/carpet covered floors. Non-smoking, pets negotiable.
